The house is owned by us, "the Summers family".
We are Jeremy and Nicola and Amanda and Julian and both of us have two children. Jeremy and Amanda are brother and sister and we have owned the property between us since 2006.
We use it as a holiday home ourselves and have spent many a happy time over the years with family and friends.
We are very happy to answer any questions you may have.

Linen Arrangements: Bathroom towels, pool towels and bed linen are provided with the rental. Beds will be made up prior to your arrival.
A change of linen is provided mid-stay for and bookings of 2 or more weeks.
Cleaning Arrangements: The house is cleaned between handovers. A mid-stay clean can be arranged on request for says longer than one week.
Arrival & Departure: Arrive between 4-6 pm and depart by 10am. Changeover day is Saturday in the high season
This is a no smoking and no pet house. Smoking is of course allowed outside.
